Great! Doak was responsive, effective and got the job done!

I have used Doak for several years to remove squirrels from my attic and this year, Gophers and Moles from my yard.

Animal removal and setting new traps was done quite timely. Prices were competitive, plus the Dad and his son are nice guys. Would definitely hire again!

Set up trap; returned next day to remove animal. Returned on third day to remove pups that were hiding in smoke shelf and not visible or audible on previous visit. Had to remove fireplace insert to access pups. Extremely personable, professional, efficient and reliable. They rate an A++ in every category!

I had called about five other animal removal places and none of them even called me back. Doak's answered each of my calls immediately. I had a bat in my house that needed removal. He gave me honest advice to try to determine if I had any entryways or signs of a, colony on my own. He spent a lot of time giving me advice so I could try to solve this problem on my own. In the end, I hired him and he was very honest, and hardworking and did a great job.

This thing was huge and angry. Glad they came out and finally caught the critter.

Doak was great! He was easy to get a hold of and fit us in the same day I called. He was quick and efficient. Would recommend and use again.

He put a trap on the roof but didn't catch anything. He came back once or twice.

Doak responded to our needs, same day, on a Saturday, where we had had uncovered an area of potential concern (possible "critter nest") while performing a kitchen renovation. He was very punctual, communicative, professional in all aspects of his inspection and determination, and we will not hesitate to use his services in the future.

Doak was very responsive and returned my call very quickly (maybe an hour at the most). His schedule allowed him to come out the next morning and he arrived exactly on time. The job may have been more than he was thinking when I initially said I had some nests above my front porch. The goal was to remove the nests and keep them from rebuilding. It was tricky because the shutters are mounted on stone which isn't a smooth surface; therefore, it limited the options typically available to keep birds from rebuilding. I was concerned we were going to have to remove the shutters from that window in order to limit a nest rebuild. Doak was able to remove the bird nests and add wire mesh to the sides & top of the shutters to keep birds from rebuilding. Very happy with the end result. I would use his services again and will recommend him to friends/neighbors.
