They came out and filled it. About a week later I started calling them saying that something was wrong. They kept saying they would come out and check it and they never did over a six week period. Finally, he sent his assistant and that person said "It's really bad". They said it was a really expensive part but they said to call the warranty people. We called them and they came out to look and said that there was nothing wrong with the unit, it just had too much freon in it. It cost us $600 to fix the error on their part. They won't honor their error that they made.

"DKM went to the [Member Name] house and found a problem with heat pump, before starting work that could have cost a lot of money DKM researched and found out they were under a complete warranty. ( with a company that honors Carriers warranties, DKM does not.) DKM gave them name of company to call that could help them. The company came out, did their diagnosis and the [Member Name] chose to go with what their diagnosis of the problem was. This is not DKM's responsibility."
