 + -1 moreEXTENSIVE DELAYS OCCURRED. AT A MID POINT OF THE JOB HE CALLED TO INFORM US HE WOULD NOT BE BACK BUT WOULD RETURN THE WINDOWS. HE WILL NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS OR GIVE US BACK THE HOUSE KEY. HIS PROFESSIONALISM WAS LACKING WHEN IT CAME TO ASKING FOR MONEY AND REASONS FOR NEEDING THE MONEY IN ADVANCED.
Description of Work: RENOVATING A THIRD FLOOR WHICH INCLUDED DEMOLISHING OF ONE ROOM, SKIMMING, INSTALL DRYWALL, RENOVATING A BATHROOM, INSTALL NEW WINDOWS AND CARPET REMOVAL.
