replacement windows
+ -1 moreWe contacted this provider to get an estimate to repair a sash on a window. The window itself was new, just needed repair or replacement of part of the sash. First, after giving us the line of BS about how reputable he was, he tried to sell us a whole new window. When we told him all we wanted was a repair he said $100 to wrap the sashes with metal. Said he could do it in about 7 - 10 days and would call to let us know when he'd come out. 10 days came and went - no call. I called him and left a message on his answering machine still no return call. Obviously this person only wants to sell you a whole new window and if he can't do that he'll lie and tell you he'll come and repair your window but don't hold your breath waiting. This person in my opinion is not reputable and only wants to sell you what you don't need.
Description of Work: Absolutely nothing he promised.
