"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"

The work was not easy but they kept at it. Bill was very communicative, knowledgable and friendly. He kept us in the loop the entire couple of days they were there. Everything went very well from the rep, Ashley, who came out and made suggestions to the two installers who were on time and courteous. His work indicated that three of the five window were defective. The young men , Kolton and Hunter Fox completed the project for Xenia Glass and Lock by replacing the ones that were not working properly. Kolton was helpful by explaining how to open/close and clean the windows. He was also helpful in the adjusting blinds for me. "
