WHOLESALE CARPET OUTLET

3 rooms of carpet purchased and installed. it was supposed to be all the same carpet. A piece was damaged and replaced with "the same carpet just a different weight" and the different piece was supposed to be in the smallest bedroom out of sight. What my 73 year old mother received is what is noticeably different, in the main bedroom and 3 seams noticeably different with a walkin closet in the Master bedroom a noticeably different piece of carpet. The replacement piece was NOT in the smallest bedroom as promised. At the store looking at the swatches, my mother could tell the difference, i couldn't. She wanted her money back. I couldn't tell. The salesman said it was the same. I heard the manager on the phone "what's her problem, it's the same". I thought she was wrong and talked her into it. 2 lessons 1: trust your mothers old eyes 2: Gettysburg Wholesale-Carpet saleman and manager are FOS.

The experience was very good. The salespeople were very helpful and the service was very good. Installation was about $600. They were very professional and gave us the information we needed when we were shopping. The installers were very polite and worked very hard. It took the two installers 10 hours, but they worked the whole time. They did a good job. We compared the prices at other places and they were competitive.

Visited carpet warehouse,was shown several choices in carpet for the

size and price range i needed. Then did the same for the vinyl flooring i needed.I was pleased with the delivery date and completed the purchase.Delivery was on time and materal was put where i wanted it. Overall a excellent value for the money i spent.P

Arrived at store meet sales person Connie, told her how much carpet i needed, told her my budget limit and she was able to give me several choices, i picked out carpet and pad i wanted,paid for product and they were able to deliver carpet the same day. This whole purchase took less then 1/2 hour.................. i was very pleased, a nice non-pressure transaction
