Showed up quickly and completed ice maker replacement in short order. Would hire again and recommend.

Excellent. Was able to get same day service due to a cancellation. Mike was thorough, explained things well, and fixed problem so I didn't lose any food. He gave me the option of a part replacement which we took advantage of. I will definitely use them again,

Captain Appliance is an owner/operated small business.  Mike was very professional, clean cut and polite.  Isolated the problem in minutes.  He didn't have the part on hand but offered to run and return same day to complete the repairs...he was back in an hour and completed the repair.    My impression was Mike is an honest person and very reliable...he will not try to charge you for unneeded repairs.  I will not hesitate to call Mike again if I need appliance service.

He was very personable and very cordial. He was very professional. He was in a uniform. He was prompt. He just had great manners and I would definitely use him again, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone who has these kind of issues. He was a younger guy, probably in his early mid 30s and just really was very educational, but very concise with the stuff; here is what I would suggest to do and here is the overview and here is the estimate, etc. So, it was just very professional the way he executed his services.

Honest, Punctual, forthright. He reviewed the possible problems what a minimum and possible maximum might be and was honest about the service life was per the manufacturer. I decided it would be best to buy a new unit and he was very helpful with that analysis even though it was less money for him.

Everything was completed and works!
