I gave him a deposit of $500 in advance and he told me he would be out to do the work. I never heard from him, so I eventually called him. I never heard from him and continued to call him about a dozen times. I sent him a registered letter that I didn't want them to do the work and I wanted my money back. About a week later he called me and asked if he would still like me to do the work. He came out and brought another person with him. They pressure washed my house first. He said he would be back the next day to do the painting. He didn't show up and I again didn't hear from him. About a week later I left him a voicemail that said if he didn't come back to pick up his materials that I would either sell it or have the city come pick it up. He then came back to get his materials and said he would be out the next day to finish the work. I said no I didn't want him to do the work and I wanted my money back. He said he would refund my money, which he has not.
