What has been normal for Mr. Giffin, he did more than what my previous contractors did. He pumped out all three sections of my aeration tank. He removed and cleaned the filter assembly. He removed and inspected the aeration motor and cleaned the shaft. He also inspected the pump-up tank. He left the site as clean as it was found. He was cheerful and answered all questions.

TECH WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. HE CAME WITHIN THE TWO HOUR TIME PERIOD PROVIDED. INSPECTION DEFINITELY PROVIDED MORE PIECE OF MIND THAN THE COUNTY DYE TEST APPROACH.

PROVIDED AN APPOINTMENT SAME WEEK IN WHICH I CONTACTED HIM. SHOWED UP ON TIME (WHEN EXPECTED) AND COMPLETED WORK EXACTLY WHEN HE ESTIMATED HE WOULD. OFFERED VERY THOROUGH ADVICE ON WHAT TO DO TO MAINTAIN TANK UNTIL NEXT CLEANING (RECOMMENDED EVERY 3 YEARS AND WILL SEND A REMINDER AT THAT TIME AS A COURTESY).
