I called them to inform them of this and they said I could stain the patio a color to make the color from the scrapes go away. That suggestion was unacceptable to me because the reason I had a new patio poured is because the last one was stained a color and I wanted an unstained concrete patio. Then we ran into problems getting him to seal the patio. He said that he didn't quote on it, but we assumed that he was going to seal the patio because all other quotes we had included sealing. That was an oversight on our part. A problem that I had was that he didn't show up a week later to seal the patio, so I called him to see when he was going to do that. We set up a date for him to come and when that date came he called to say that he would not be coming due to wanting to spend time with his family. He did finally come on another day.
