That place is a bad place. I would tell people not to buy a condo there. I haven’t exactly seen him, but our lawyers are trying to work things out with his lawyer. We had bought a condo and we had to get our money back and he wouldn’t give me my money back. So, we took him to court and we were going to sue him. We had a court date, but he decided to pay 80 percent of our money back. He has given us our money back, so the case is over. I would tell people not to buy a condo there because it leaked all the way down on the side at the lower level by the elevators. The walls, the floors and ceiling were all off. I had mice and bugs in my unit, and it was bad. They had to put a dehumidifier in my unit where I lived because it was so damp down there. It was a strange place to be at. The ceilings, the walls and the floor were off. He went to put something in my closet and it wouldn’t even stay together because the walls and the floor were so badly off that my doors and my closet would collapse. They call the guy who did the closets and he said that he couldn’t do anything more because the walls and the floor were so bad and that was why everything was coming down. I couldn’t even open my closet doors. The walls and the floor were so bad off, that it was terrible there. We had flooding there, and the windows would leak badly. Nobody is buying the units now. Everybody knows how that building was built so they are not buying those units.
