Bobby's Sewer & Drain Cleaning

We had a bad problem on Sunday and they came through to help. Ryan showed up on time, had the tools needed to do the job and had things fixed in a couple hours. Being in a new city we had no idea who to call. My sister had used Bobby's in the past and was pleased with their service and recommended I see if they could help on a Sunday. They did! Ryan was very courteous and considerate. He explained everything in terms we could understand. And he even took the joking around I did in stride. :-D I will recommend them to anyone needing plumbing/sewer services. Thanks again!

The job went smoothly overall. They did run into a couple of problems with snaking the drains because the problem was that tree roots were blocking the pipes. This is why they referred me to another company for further repairs, because their equipment isn't able to do the rest of the job but they will be back with the camera to locate the pipes for the other provider. I like that they told me exactly what they did and wrote it all down so I can refer to it when I call the other provider. Bobby also told me that he will call the other service ahead of time to go over what he is recommending to have done. I appreciated that!
