He was efficient, knew exactly what to do, explained what he was doing and also took a couple of minutes to answer a question I had about our fridge being too cold.  There was a problem with a fuse in the oven.

He looked at the refrigerator and dryer and told me exactly what was wrong with them and approximately how much it would cost to fix them.

He was professional in appearance and work, worked quickly, cleaned up the area,  took the time to answer a question about another appliance.  I felt the cost was reasonable.

When my dishwasher failed to clean- and made loud noises- I called John from Appliance MD, as I had previously had him out in a previous year to fix my refrigerator-by replacing the rubber seal.  He quickly found the problem- and took care of it.  He is professional, courteous, and clean-I highly recommend him!

Very responsive.  I called around 8 am on a Tuesday and my call was returned within 3 hours; he was at my door a half hour later.  I was told of the problem, given an estimate and the work was completed very efficiently and effectively.  Great!  I have no idea of pricing but I know that I can't replace my dryer for $200 so I'm good with the decision to repair.

Having a dryer out of commision for even a day in my very large family is a crisis.  He called me back about an hour after I called him (toward the end of the day on a Friday) and came first thing on Saturday morning.  Repaired the dryer and was very reasonably priced.  I Strongly recommend this company and will definitely call them again in the future.

I use them all the time. He can typically get here quickly. His prices are fair. All the things he has repaired have been done right and I haven't had to call him back because something was not done right. I will absolutely use him again.

I was happy with them. They told me what was wrong and what the rate was. They fixed it and everything is cool and that's about it. He diagnosed and found the problem right away. It was one specific thing wrong and for the parts and the labor that is what the rate was. He was pretty much forthcoming and able to diagnose what was wrong right away and explained it real well. He pretty much told me what it would be for that and fixed it in a timely manner. I would definitely call him again. As far as the price I had nothing to compare it to.

John was AWESOME and advised cost of repair probably exceeds value of 14 yr old stove but he could do the work. We agreed that he try to remove one of the screws- a sticking point as to whether the repair bill would exceed $150-250.00. The first screw he tried, broke. BIG indicator of a bigger and more expensive problem. I really appreciated his input. He also gave me advice on installing the rubber grommet I had already bought to put on to the refrigerator door. He said if I have problems with the install he would put it on for $97 estimate, or I could call him for advice while trying to do the install. They normally would not put on a part the customer has already purchased.

It went well. The man was punctual and efficient. He came in diagnosed the problem and repaired in within a matter of minutes.

I've had the Appliance MD, John to my home before. He fixed a broken dishwasher and this time a broken washing machine. John is very good at what he does. In both instances he responded to my call immediately, was prompt in arriving, quick at determining problem and correcting it...all for a fair price. I would use John in the future and will certainly refer him to others.

This is the second time I've used them & they were very quick to respond. They were very good at troubleshooting the problem. I would use them again.

My dryer would not heat to dry the clothes. I phoned on Tuesday afternoon and John was able to come the next day to repair my dryer. He came in the time frame in which he told me he would arrive. He was knowledgeable of the work that needed to be completed. He had the parts needed to complete the repair. He worked in a timely manner and cleaned up before he left. I would call him again if needed in the future.
