Very pleasant, knowledgeable, patient, honest. Arrived on time, worked efficiently and explained what he was doing. I would hire again. They are a little out of my area, so the initial call was a little higher than if they had been closer. But they came quickly & did the job.

A wonderful company to work with. Project is just beginning, but everyone at American Electric has been terrific to work with. Joe (owner) has visited and offered upfront exceptional experience and expertise to the challenges of extending electrical service into 2 new outbuildings, fountains, etc. helping us to totally recreate a new outdoor experience for us. Jim (tech) installed sleeves before pouring of concrete into new slabs, and Shelby, a most wonderful customer service coordinator has been accommodating, pleasant, and a terrific resource throughout, including providing referrals to rather fine contractors who have joined out project team. An impressive company for sure. And excellent value.
