We had a truck get stuck and tow companies were overwhelmed due to the storm and we had a mechanical with a 4wd that was repaired the next day thankfully. We did need to prioritize our snow plow route in the first storm to cover the healthcare facilities so unfortunately residentials were done after that with the only truck we had available. I do appreciate all of our customers and thank you for understanding that even Snowplow trucks can’t get stuck in these crazy storms."
