The owner Dave doesn't care about customers or the issues his techs create & couldn't return a phone call. The GM Bob didn't even take the time to understand the situation & offered no help getting the mess cleaned. Ryan answers the phone lied to me & was anything but customer service focused. Mark the service man made a mistake & his employer took the high road instead fixing it. He sent the jet, from the outside cleanout, towards the house. He kept jamming it & I said why is the noise in my house. I checked & they busted the pipe in the basement & sewage was spraying everywhere. They replaced the pipe & tried to jet to the street, but they couldn't get all the way to the street. Mark said "If this doesn't resolve the problem, we'll come back out & take care of it, no charge". I told him Ryan said you would never say that. I was told the mess wasn't their problem & they left. I missed work & spent days cleaning & repairing my basement, all my belongings & had to throw stuff out.

I used them before. They are on time. Knowledgeable. They know what they doing.

We have had nothing but bad experiences with this company. We unfortunately had to go through them because of our home warranty. Every time we dealt with Greg. The first time he came out he said it was a pipe leaking and needed to schedule for a 2nd visit, he couldnt fix it that day so we made a 2nd appt. The 2nd visit he drilled a hole in the ceiling and said it was a tile issue not a plumbing issue and told us to DIY to fix the issue, leaving a hole in our kitchen ceiling. The third time he came out was to a**** a leak in the garage ceiling. He said he would have to write two separate tickets for one leak because it was in two different rooms. Every time he was here he was rude and condescending. When we asked him why he needed to write two separate tickets for one issue he said in a condescending way "is the 2nd leak right here" point up to the first one we showed him. He had nothing but an attitude with us with every encounter. By the end of the third visit we kicked him out for being rude and condescending for no reason. He is not allowed back in our home and I cannot believe he still has a job with the company with the attitude he has. It was blatant to us he doesn't want to work and acts like we just bother him when he comes out to assess our problems.

This is the second time I've used them & even without homeowners insurance they'd be the ones I called. They're polite, professional, fast, clean, and efficient. No condescending bs or creepiness either (other women will know precisely what I mean) I definitely recommend this company.

They were prompt,courteous,well informed,got the work done and cleaned up well. Excellent work and I will definitely be using them again.

Well, I loved these guys UNTIL it came to finishing up the job and coming back out to my house to work on my lawn/yard. They worked on my sewer back in July and the dirt and fill they put in has had plenty of time to settle. I keep calling to see when they'll be back out to finish up and make it look like it did before and I keep getting excuses and/or no return phone call. Frustrating, to say the least. So, they do good work on the actual plumbing aspect, just don't expect them to come out to finish the yard portion of the job. And, even though I had to pick yes or no to if I would hire them again, I wish I could say I'm not sure.

They are excellent, did some other plumbing 2 months ago they didn't try to bill me, honest, neat and clean, prompt, on time and very trustworthy.

Plumbing issue taken care of but could have cleaned up better.

I would highly recommend them to anyone. He came in, was highly efficient, did an excellent job and I couldn't say more. If I need a plumber this is who i'm going to call.

It doesn't look like anyone has even been in my yard, they were great.

Very well.  They ran into some difficulty with the sanitary line also being broken but they repaired that at no extra cost.

Gary was very professional and courteous and honest. He also gave me some advice on switching out my toilet to one with a lower gallon to save money on my water bill.
