But....after their late arrival the work was only partially done and I was still left hanging paying the total estimate.  I had been unable to find a light for one fixture so that was now off the work order yet they insisted I still pay the same amount.  They combined light outlets instead of using other available switches which I had requested.  Many of the problems that I had begun with I still have.  They did not fix the issues just looked at them.  The gentleman who came were quite nice and focused on their projects but once they left I realized that I had paid them about $120/hr for very little actual work.  They were able to competently finish only 2 projects.  I did not take up the argument with them as employees so called the office on a number of occasions without anyone getting back to me in a timely manner.  Now weeks have gone by and I finally got a hold of someone.  This person informed me that they would only return 50$ for not installing the dining room light!  If I consider that then the whole job should have only cost me around $300 rather than $750!!  Be careful of this discrepancy if you use this company.

The technician didn't have somethings he needed the first time because of the underground wires being broken which no one knew about. We called and scheduled the second appointment the next week. They were going to come back last week and didn't  but assured me they'd be back this week. It has been very good. It has been the same one. He seems to be very hardworking and conscientious about getting things working well. We've had some repair in the past and it didn't seem as complete as this. They called when they were supposed to and came when they were supposed to. I wouldn't want to give them a negative rating on this because he couldn't have foreseen that he needed the extra part. So far everything is working in spite of all the heavy rain and storms.

Did a walk through as the house was being built to determine where I wanted outlets and lights. We worked together to determine best options and Jason came up with many good suggestions. They came out and installed everything in a timely and professional manner. Then, due to vandalism, I decided to get some storm shutters to protect my walls. By this time, the walls were drywalled, but they came out and worked with the shutter contractor and dropped the wires through the walls. They have been so easy to work with and communications have been great! Everything passed electrical inspection.

Great! They showed up right on time and went right to work on it.

They were prompt and did a good job. They cleaned up the area after they were done. Finished the job in a timely matter.
Returned at a later date to fix a matter that I was not satisfied with. That was done to OUR satifaction.Job complete.

They did a wonderful job, cleaned up when they were done, and made sure we were happy before they left. Left a card with phone number to get in touch if we had a question or problem.

They did good work. I hadn't used them before and I'd definitely use them again.

The young men who did the work are friendly, courteous and happy to answer questions/explain what they were doing while doing it. They arrived on time and problem solved the situation. We had removed the paneling ahead of time to expose the wiring for the new outlet. For the ceiling fan wiring, they neatly cut the ceiling and saved the drywall pieces so we could patch the ceiling using the original drywall. They drilled through the floor joists to run the line through according to code. Everything has worked well. I did not request a written work proposal documenting details of the work to be done. Because I have used this company in the past, and I did get a verbal quote over the phone, I did not find it necessary, but looking back, I should have to avoid any disputes. I did get a final receipt and was charged as verbally quoted.

I was referred to them through First Energy. They did a good job and I would use them again assuming their price is competitive (I always get 2 or more estimates).

I am very pleased with them. They gave me choices regarding the prices and everything was itemized. They were very polite and neat. They cleaned everything. It was wonderful. The person who came out took pictures so that when the crew came they would know on what to work.
