He called when he was on the road and predicted the time of arrival to my home. When entering my home he presented me with his card and he covered his shoes. He explained everything about the unit and asked if I had any questions. Very professional and personal!

Professional, friendly, extremely neat and organized. It is seldom that services are performed in your house that leave no trace of construction with the exception that the services are completed. Our install was in a completed residence with a fully finished basement. I would highly recommend them. I would suggest that you start them off with donuts in the morning. :)

Submitted request for service through Angie's List. He reached out to me! Turns out, he was at my house in 2012 for an issue with my central vac. Was nice to know he had been here before. Came to my home when anticipated, diagnosed problem, and fixed it. We are second family to live in this house and I never was able to use central vac on 2nd floor because of lack of suction 2 floors away. The power on my new unit is amazing! I can now use it on my 2nd floor, or anywhere else in the house. Very satisfied!

Barry was great to work with! Reasonable prices and excellent job done. I added some additional work at the last minute and Barry was able to accommodate my request with no problem. I ll definitely use him again should I need work on my home vacuum system.

Barry was great to deal with. Came out and looked at my system (which was over 40 years old), found the problem and fixed it. A couple of other companies said my system was too old to repair. Did not want to come out except to sell me a new one. Thanks Barry
