The inspection went very well. Joe Lengel was very thorough. He provided a very detailed report that highlighted several areas that we needed to address with the current owners. He highlighted areas of concern and provided photos that clearly identified the areas.

I would definitely use them again.

Joe was early for our appointment to inspect a house we were purchasing. He was knowledgeable and helpful. He caught several repair issues and promptly provided his inspection report. We appreciated that he was available to answer questions afterward. We definitely would use him again and have recommended him to others.

The inspection went well. Joe was thorough, addressed our concerns/questions, and was professional throughout.

JOE WAS THOROUGH IN HIS EXPLANATIONS DURING THE INSPECTION. HE WAS TIMELY IN HIS CALL BACKS, IN ARRIVING FOR INSPECTION, and IN FAXING REPORTS. WE PAID FOR THE INSPECTION AS THE BUYER. HE WANTED TO GO OVER SOME OF HIS FINDINGS WITH THE SELLER and THE SELLER'S REALTOR PRESENT. THE SELLER WOULD ONLY NEED TO KNOW IF THERE WAS AN ISSUE. THEY DO NOT GET A COPY OF THE REPORT SO THEY ALSO DON'T NEED AN ON-GOING EXPLANATION OF THE INSPECTION. WHEN HE WAS FINISHED, HE WANTED TO GO INSIDE FOR A SUMMARY OF THE REPORT, BUT WE DID ALL OF THAT INSIDE FOR THE SAME REASON AS THE LAST POINT. LASTLY, THE BASEMENT WAS AN AREA HE COULD NOT MOISTURE TEST BECAUSE OF STYROFOAM INSULATION. IN CLOSER INSPECTIONS, THERE WERE AREAS THAT THE STYROFOAM COULD HAVE BEEN MOVED WITHOUT DAMAGE. KNOWING HE COULDN'T GET A MOISTURE READING SHOULD HAVE RESULTED IN A MORE THOROUGH SEARCH OF AN AREA LOWER ON THE WALL TO TEST. ON THE FINDINGS REPORT, THE TIME FOR COMING BACK CONCERNING OMISSIONS IS 180 DAYS.

JOE DID A NICE JOB INSPECTING THE HOME. HE WAS VERY THOROUGH AND EXPLAINED WHAT HE FOUND WELL. THE HOUSE HAD A PRETTY SERIOUS ISSUE THAT WAS TO BE REPAIRED BY THE PREVIOUS OWNER, AND IT WAS GOOD TO HAVE HIS OPINION ON THE SITUATION.
