They did not leave until certain that all lights were working, and labeled correctly. They also cleaned up debris.
All were polite and courteous.
running a wire down into our basement through a plaster ceiling, they
took time to do it carefully without killing our living room floor or
wall, and without damaging the basement ceiling. Nice job. They showed
up on time, were polite. Great experience from estimate to finished job.
Turns out, this was a big and important job. The existing panel was a fire hazard, the house had never been properly grounded, we were out of 'space,' many things in the old box were poorly labeled, and if we wanted to sell the house all this work would have ben required to come up to code.
This team worked for two straight days in and around my garage. The second day, they stayed until the job was done (long after regular work hours), to make sure everything was working properly and that the new breaker box was properly labeled.
Wonderful experience! I will hire this company again, no hesitation.
Eric was the electrician that came out to do the work. He took a lot of pride in his work. His work was excellent. He was very cooperative with requests on various aspects.
The team at the house cleaned up their workspace when done and left almost no trace that they were there.
I have more electrical work to do in my house and probably will use these guys again.
Overall, the job took roughly six hours to complete (per the electrician's estimate). The work was not only very professional but made a measurable difference in the voltage available at the house receptacles and in a hum in my stereo gear which had previously required me to and quot;floatand quot; it to remove the hum. Indeed, once I removed the 3-to-2 plug adapters from my equipment, there has been a marked improvement in sound quality, indicating MUCH BETTER GROUNDING.
I was VERY impressed with the electrician, somewhat less so with his assistant, but in the main, the work done was excellent. I would work with Tri-County again without hesitation.
