Installer was very attentive to keeping the work area dust out of the rest of the house over the 3 month project, adhered to the work hours as agreed. Called if there were problems. Delays were due to delivery of granite, and tile, not his fault. What was very helpful was willingness to show me better ways to do things, point out problems, come up with solutions and always keep me in the loop. Although I tried to avoid last minute changes, some were inevitable but they didn't phase Tim. He was most accomodating and clearly experienced in this type of project. The end result is a spectacular kitchen remodel that I am extremely happy with.
