Steve also helped me noodle through a plumbing issue - sometimes when guests used the upstairs shower, water would drip from a ceiling fixture in the living room. One plumber couldn't find the problem and another suggested a complete remodel of the bathroom. Steve helped me analyze the problem by suggesting simple tests I could do myself and by a process of elimination we arrived at the $100 solution. I cannot recommend this fellow highly enough!

It was very good overall. It took too long for the renovation, but besides that he was excellent. Some of the stuff that led to the delay were out of his control. He was thorough and caring. One drawback is that he had a bunch of different jobs and he was juggling them with mine, which slowed my progress, which was a little frustrating for me. But he had some issues with his hired help, so I didn't want to jump on his case badly about that, because his overall work was superb. But you are looking for fast. I you are looking for something really done well, go with Steve; if you are looking for something fast, probably not.

Steve was excellent. Timely, professional, and is very knowledgable at what he does. He kept me informed about any issues he had. He remodeled my entire second bathroom and is very trustworthy. I can let him into my home and not worry about a thing. I will be hiring him for future projects.

When our central air conditioner suddenly stopped, Steve was able to isolate the problem to the electrical system of the air conditioner. He replaced the necessary parts and we were back up and running within no time. He also pressure-checked the Freon level in the system.

He does a little of everything. The quality of his work is very good. He is responsible for his work and will come back if you need him to fix or change something. He is also very creative and has good ideas for the work. The only problem is that sometimes I have a difficult time getting a hold of him, but he eventually gets back to me and does the work.

The work was done well and professionally. The plumber was polite and considerate and very professional. He even cleaned-up the mess left by the drywall.
