It took about 1-2 hours for them to thoroughly check the furnance and diagnose the problem. I really thought I would need a new furnance since mine is about 15 years old, however they were very quickly able to order the part needed to get the furnance running. When installing the new part they were more than willing to work around my schedule and come in the evening of the next business day. Once installed everything was tested and turned on to ensure proper operation.
