+ -1 moreIt took about 1-2 hours for them to thoroughly check the furnance and diagnose the problem. I really thought I would need a new furnance since mine is about 15 years old, however they were very quickly able to order the part needed to get the furnance running. When installing the new part they were more than willing to work around my schedule and come in the evening of the next business day. Once installed everything was tested and turned on to ensure proper operation.
Description of Work: I had over 2 feed of water flood the entire basement of my home which knocked out the furnance completely. They came out and tested everything including the blower motor, gas line, and circut board. I ultimately only needed a new circut board which was submerged under water for at least 18 hours. They came on a Friday, ordered the part and it was repaired the following Monday.
