SMALL'S SAND & GRAVEL INC

I ordered 30 tons of topsoil from Small's Sand & Gravel to be delivered to my home. And, I asked them not to deliver it unless they call first to make certain I was home so I could show them where to dump it. So, I came home from work and I saw two huge piles of top soil dumped in my front yard. And, it is all completely totally water-rolled. It is nothing but mud. It's total mud. What they did was, they just put some dirt on the truck and they ran some water on it until it weighed 30 tons and then they brought over here and dropped it off the truck into my front yard. I told them to call me the day before to make certain because I want to make sure I am here and show them where I want it dumped. And it wasn't even top soil. It was mud, it was completely totally. I was so mad. I called the owner. I was using the "F" word coming out of my mouth like you wouldn't believe I was so angry and he said to me, "Well, I tell you what, the next time you call back, the next time you call us for some more top soil, I'll make sure I'll make it up to you." And I said, "There will be no next time. I won't be calling you for any what anything and I would be blabbing my mouth up telling everyone what it could be far." Because it was nothing but mud, my landscaper who does finishing work, he couldn't even do anything with it until some of it dried out. There were two huge piles of just mud. So, he had to wait until it dried out. In the meantime, all the weeds and everything got into it grew up, and the people were complaining about it. So, they really created a problem for me, not only delivering me 30 tons of mud instead of top soil. He deliberately did that because he didn't want to give me 30 tons of top soil.
