Fritz has helped us with the house for 5+ years now.  He has become a trusted friend and will help with whatever tasks need to be done.  If he notices a problem with the house, he will point it out or fix it himself.  He knows how to run a business, and is very professional in his conduct and interactions.  He is intelligent, and very competent, and an interesting person.

Fritz is the owner and he is really good. He comes every other Wednesday. He was referred to me by the lady that cuts my hair. He is terrific. I have had people help me over the years for housecleaning. He is certainly a cut above. He is an interesting person and does great work. He is extraordinarily professional. He is going to come tomorrow. He is really organized. He keeps a book and he knows what he did the last time he was here. He will do what you want done. A lot of cleaning services just have a checklist and they do the same thing every time whether or not it needs to be done and they don’t do anything else. When he comes in, he discusses with us. He always wants to know if there is anything in particular that you want done. If you don’t have anything in mind, then he will tell you what he did the last time and he will say that he would concentrate on some other things. He gives you the list of services that he did for the day and he will bill you. He collects sales tax, which is what you are supposed to do. So, he is in compliance with the law. He is college educated. He is very articulate and clean-cut. He is a good family man. He is somebody that you don’t mind having in the house. He is running his own business and trying to build his business. He charges based on how long he stays. His price ranges between $78.46 and $100.88. So, his hourly rate is like $22.50. You will feel comfortable with him. I run a business from home and so, I need to feel comfortable that someone is not sneaking into my stuff. I feel very comfortable with him. I like that he is very knowledgeable about what he does. If we have a certain task to do, then he will recommend certain things. He is very flexible because he discusses with the homeowner about what is it that they want done. If I have certain products and want things done in a certain way, he complies with that. There are certain bad environmental products that I don’t want to use and he complies with that. He is informed and very businesslike. He knows how to run a business. I have had lots of people for the housecleaning job and he is one of the top ones. I have had some real good ones, some average ones and some not so good ones and he is in the top group. He is charging me less than the last person I had. He comes on time and he is like god sent. I recommended him to somebody else and they hired him too.
