Very smooth, well pump replaced no issue with work done.

He was very honest. They gave free estimate. They gave us what we needed with the well. They knew what they were doing. 1200 dollars was a lot but the price was comparable to what another company was gonna charge.

         It went perfectly.  The gentleman was so nice , efficient and professional.

They were very professional, and they arrived there on time.

He unclogged the softener and replaced a broken plastic bolt.

Went very well overall. They were a little late but I understood as they were responding to an emergency (flooded basement) which I would want them to respond to an emergency if my basement was flooded as opposed to a routine replacement of a pressure tank.

Water pressure all of a sudden dropped to 18lbs. Called RC Barry and the lady said they could come out the next day. Derrick called and informed me when he would be arriving. He quickly listened to my description of the problem and decided to pull the well pump out of the well. When it was removed, it was obvious that the pump had a failure. He communicated to me that the pump I had was one that he had seen a lot of the same failures on the female fitting on the top of the pump which had cracked letting pressure out before it ever left the well.I was told that this was a problem on pumps from this company that were manufactured in 97,98 & 99. Mine was one of those years. He replaced the pump with a new one and had it all installed in less than an hour. The pump he installed has a 5 year warranty. All is working well now.

They did not honor the warranty on the pump they installed from about 2 years prior. When the pump went out it started spraying all over the basement. I feel they defrauded me because they gave me a used pump even though I purchased a new pump and the old one they installed essentially flooded my basement. This mistake caused thousands of dollars of damage to my home, not to mention the headaches that went along with the clean up process. Lastly, they overcharged me for the back up pump by a great deal which had previously promised a fair price. A threat of a mechanic's lien on my home was given when I complained about the price he was giving me on the product.

He found that a mouse had chewed up our water wells rope. The second time he came he replaced a control bar. He is very responsive and I highly recommend him.

It went fine. They had a new gadget they used and wound up the cable and pump. Their service was very good. They came out the very next day.

The service was terrific and they were also very courteous.

Went well. Good communication and ended up being a fair price. Could of cleaned up the site a little better, but that probably would have added to the final cost.

Left message Friday evening around 9pm. Did not receive a call back that evening, although they are advertised as having 24 hr service. My husband called them at 7:30 Saturday morning, and they responded that they were just getting ready to call us. They had replaced the well pump in 2002 and thought that it should last longer than 5 yrs. Derek arrived within 30 minutes. He was concerned about the amount of iron when he removed the pump. He thought that the amount of iron caused the early failure. The motor was good, but the pump was not functioning. He replaced the entire unit with a 5 yr warranty pump made in the USA. The previous pump had a 1 yr warranty and was made in China. Derek was extremely knowledgeable and did not charge the after hours charge.

We called them on a Saturday because we lost all water. They called us back within 30 min. He came right out on Monday early in the morning. Very knowledgeable. Installed the well pump with no problem. He also informed us that our well pump should be on it's own circuit breaker as well as our stove.

They did a great job!

Pressure is good and more consistent, but we may still have a volume issue. Eddie replaced a several feet of PVC with semi-rigid hose, and I'm not sure it allows the volume that the PVC did. Eddie worked quickly and neatly. I was however surprised by the price when he wrote up the bill. As a DIY project, you could probably install a Sears pressure tank and hardware for about a third of what R.C. Barry charged. You can get the same tank Barry used on the Internet for about $200. I should have gotten a price before he put it in, or when I called for the appointment. It's not so much that I feel that I overpaid, but I was definitely surprised. I might have shopped around a little more first.

STEVE QUICKLY IDENTIFIED THE PROBLEM AND FIXED IT WITHIN AN HOUR. FAST, FRIENDLY SERVICE DURING EXTREME COLD/ICE STORM.

STEVE ASSESSED WHAT WAS NEEDED IN MY HOME AND CHOSE THE MOST EFFICIENT SOFTENER FOR MY NEEDS. HE EXPLAINED EVERY ASPECT OF HOW IT WORKED AND NEVER TALKED ''DOWN'' TO ME IF I ASKED A QUESTION. HE TOOK HIS TIME TO EXPLAIN EVERYTHING AND MADE A FOLLOW-UP CALL. THIS WAS DONE LAST FALL AROUND THIS TIME AND MY WATER IS STILL WONDERFUL. THANKS, STEVE.

THE TECHNICIAN WAS ON TIME AND PERFORMED THE WORK IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER.

NEXT DAY SERVICE, SPEEDY DIAGNOSIS OF PROBLEM, IMMEDIATE REPAIR, AND A VERY ACCOMMODATING DEMEANOR. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

THE SYSTEM WE BOUGHT FROM ANOTHER COMPANY COST US $500 AND NEVER CLEARED THE WATER; IT CONTINUED TO BE HARD, RUST STAINED, AND AWFUL ODOR DESPITE CHANGING FILTERS REGULARLY. RC BARRY INSTALLED A WATER SOFTENER SYSTEM APPROPRIATE FOR WELL WATER. THERE IS NO MORE ''ROTTEN EGG'' ODOR OR IRON STAINS IN MY BATHTUBS, WASHERS!! MR. STAGE IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, HONEST, INFORMATIVE. HE RETURNED PHONE CALLS PROMPTLY, AND DID WORK ON A SATURDAY MORNING TO ACCOMMODATE MY SCHEDULE. HE WAS EFFICIENT, EXPLAINED EVERYTHING HE WAS DOING AND HOW TO OPERATE SYSTEM. HE CLEANED UP AFTER WORK WAS DONE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND RC BARRY FOR ANYONE WITH WELL WATER. HE KEPT TO THE ESTIMATED COST ALSO, NO HIDDEN COSTS.

DARRIC WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND EXPLAINED THE PROBLEM AND SOLUTION TO US. HE ALSO GAVE US SOME HELPFUL INFORMATION ON HOW TO BETTER USE OUR WATER FILTERING SYSTEM. WE DID NOT FEEL RUSHED WHEN ASKING HIM QUESTIONS. PRICE WAS EXCELLENT.

WE WERE WITHOUT WATER, AS OUR WELL PUMP FAILED (AFTER 15 YEARS SERVICE). I CALLED ON A SUNDAY EVENING AND WAS SURPRISED THAT SOMEONE ANSWERED THE PHONE. THEY STATED THAT THEY WOULD BE OUT MONDAY MORNING AT 8:00 AM AND THEY ARRIVED RIGHT ON TIME. THEY HAD THE PROBLEM FIXED IN ABOUT ONE HOUR. THE THING I LIKED WAS THAT THEY TESTED THE PUMP FIRST TO ENSURE THAT WAS THE SPECIFIC PROBLEM BEFORE MAKING ANY REPAIRS. THE TECHNICIAN, DERICK, EXPLAINED EVERYTHING THAT HE WAS GOING TO DO VERY CLEARLY. THE ACTUAL COST CAME IN ABOUT $40.00 LESS THAN THE QUOTE I RECEIVED FROM THEM. I DIDN'T HAVE TIME TO GET OTHER ESTIMATES AS OUR 1ST PRIORITY WAS TO RESTORE WATER. EVEN IF THEY WERE $50.00 MORE IT WOULD HAVE BEEN WORTH IT TO ME FOR THE SERVICE THEY PERFORMED IN SUCH A SHORT TIME FRAME. THE SERVICE TECHNICIAN ARRIVED VERY NEATLY DRESSED, UNFORTUNATELY, HE LEFT VERY DIRTY AFTER MAKING THE REPAIR. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.
