SONIC AIR HEATING & COOLING

They are not responding to me to set up a date for service I attempted to reach out to this company many many times but to no avail. The only time I did hear from them they called to cancel the appointment and when I called to reschedual I got nothing

The air conditioner was installed and operating the day after we placed the order and the furnace was installed the next day.Everything, both inside and out was cleaned up. No call backs were necessary.

We've used them several times. There wasn't a problem but my wife doesn't like them that much. We got a furnace and it is kind of an off brand and she isn't sure about it. They came out and fixed it so there weren?t any issues with them. They didn't go anything bad. They were professional. Their price was fair. They came out under an emergency so they were responsive. I don't know if we will use them again.

John is far and above anyone else I've met in his field. He diagnosed the problem quickly, accurately, and got us back up and running for a good price. I had tried a different company before I called Sonic, and the technician from the other company suggested replacing everything but the limit. John was all over it, and you know when you're dealing with John, that you have a real pro on your side. Also he's a guy who cares about how you spend your money. He'll look out for you. I highly recommend Sonic.

John is wonderful. He is great! He has been responsive with emergencies, even came out on a Sunday.
