MR. SHEPHERD WAS PROMPT, COURTEOUS, AND PROFESSIONAL. WE ASKED FOR AN ADDITIONAL FINISH COAT AND IT WAS PROVIDED AT A REASONABLE COST. THE ONLY ISSUE WAS THE FINISH TOOK LONGER TO DRY THAN ANTICIPATED, BUT THAT WAS OUT OF MR. SHEPHERD'S CONTROL. HE DID EXCELLENT WORK.

THE MEN WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS AND VERY HARD WORKING. THE JOB WAS DONE WHEN THEY SAID IT WOULD BE DONE AND THE FLOORS LOOK BEAUTIFUL. THEY DID A NICE JOB OF CLEANING UP AFTER THEMSELVES.
