Found the problem, contacted bulldozer professional, replaced and done. Good job as we would expect from experiences in the past.

We are so pleased with Pro-Flow and their customer service. Had an under counter leak in the kitchen sink that I could not figure out myself. Called Pro-Flow and asked that they come out the next morning in a small window of time. Of course they made it happen for us, Shiloh (owner) came out himself and took a look. Their hourly rate is a flat $150 (which is about half that of RR and they do twice the job) but because he was able to fix our leak quickly he only charged a $50 service fee. There was no reason for him to give us this discount, I am, as always blown away by their customer service and professionalism. If you are reading this review you have found the plumber you will use/trust as long as you own your home. I am truly thankful to have found Pro-Flow and Shiloh a couple years ago. I only wish they could do roof replacement!!

I liked that I got an upfront hourly fee quote instead of the usual "we'll come out for a free estimate and then we can do the work at that time or not", so I didn't have to make an on-the-spot decision. They were able to come out at the time I needed and did a good job. The pricing was good and they give an Angie's List discount.
Do: Keep basic parts on the truck so you don't need to run to the hardware store for a wax ring and flange. These are items one would expect to be needed for a toilet replacement.
Do: Call if you're running late.
Don't mark up parts costs over double actual cost.

I would give them 60 stars. They are fantastic to work with, easy, on time and will do what they have to to get the job done. They know about country living and I am an extremely happy customer. Shilo is awesome.

After twice spending over $300 with Roto-Rooter I was frustrated and asked the Roto-Rooter plumber to give me a suggestion of a plumber that has the tools and skillset needed for my issue. Off the record he told me the best guy he knew of was Shiloh at Pro-flow. I've owned my house for around two years now. We have had a variety of issues with the plumbing because the house sat empty for almost two years before my wife and I bought it. As I said before, Roto-rooter was paid almost $600 for the two service calls I made. After the recommendation I called Shiloh at Pro-flow. He came down and fixed the problem. $150 flat hourly rate. He shared his story with me and really fixed the problem, not just patched it like Roto-rooter. I also want to add that this first call was on a Saturday. No up-charge for the weekend work.

Six months later I had roots in another drain and called Shiloh about another appointment. This time on a Sunday. Same result. Fixed professionally and correctly. Only this time, Shiloh was out of town and The original plumber that gave me the "off the record" recommendation came to fix the problem. He explained that Pro-flow used the better equipment and employed happier plumbers. Sunday evening, everything fixed in less than an hour, all for the $150 rate. Excellent work. I will never call another plumber.

On Friday afternoon water backed up through our basement floor drain. Heavy rains were causing drain cleaning services to be in high demand; no one we called could come until next week. Another plumber recommended Pro-Flow. They were also busy with calls, but agreed to come later in the day. They were delayed considerably, but kept in contact and still kept the appointment that evening. Under the circumstances, that was fine with us. The drain was cleared with no trouble in less than an hour, using high quality equipment. The operator was professional, knowledgeable about his work, and considerate. Good first experience with this company; will use again.
