I use them all the time. I'd give them an A without a doubt. They're in love of my dog. They're so friendly. The service they give us is wonderful. It seems like they go out of their way to make not only our dogs happy but us as well. I'd give them A's across the board. I would absolutely use them again.

I seriously cannot say enough good things about Norton Rd Animal Hospital. About 6 months ago our dog, Andy was diagnosed with a long list of things wrong with him. From kindey disease to a heart murmer, arthritis and degenerative disc disease. Dr. Borders and Dr. Joe are simply the best in the business. It takes a special, caring person to do what they do and they do it very well. You can tell from the look in their eyes when they are examing your dog that they want nothing more than to help your pet. I truly believe, through their due-dilligence (special diet, medication etc..) that they comfortably extended Andy's life by a few months. On October 31 we had to make the difficult decision that no pet owner ever wants to make. Andy had given up his fight against kidney disease and we decided to have him euthanized as his quality of life had dropped off significantly. We were immediately ushered into a room where we and Andy were made comfortable. Things that we could expect were explained to us in an easy to understand manner and we were given time to spend with Andy throughout the entire process. Even the vet tech sat down with us on the floor with Andy and pet him and cried with us. Although this was truly the most difficult day of my life, the entire staff there did everything they could to make us and Andy comfortable, even down to the lady who checked us out.
I whole heartedly recommend Norton Rd Animal Hospital to anyone who desires a truly caring and professional experience for their pets. You will not be dissappointed.

They are really good with my pets. They get me in as soon as they can. They are nice people and they try to work with me. They have really good doctors, who are gentle and caring with the animals. They are the permanent veterinarians for my pets.

They are sending my pet to Ohio State, which is what they do if they cannot handle something. They are good, and there is nothing bad about them at all; I cannot want for a better veterinarian. The staff is always there. I can call them at any time of any day. We have pet insurance, and I recommend pet insurance to everybody because some of the work that we have had to do on these mastiffs has been pretty expensive. Our dogs' health is too valuable to put a price on it. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future; if I don't like somebody, I move on.

There is somebody there 7 days a week. I have taken my pets there for years. I can't say enough nice things about them. They are just super. All of the dogs in my family go there. We've had some serious illnesses with dogs that they have treated through the years. When we had to put one of them down they cried with us because it was kind of part of their family too. They have done emergency surgeries and referrals. The doctors have given their personal cell phones. They are not just pets.

Doctors and Staff where wonderful, Boots had been a stray so they did a full workup on her while I was there which I greatly appreciated as I didn't want her to give anything to our 2 older cats. I love this place they are very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great vet!

Dr. Logan explained what surgery would entail including an approximate cost. The day of the surgery was stressful for me but Dr. Logan eased my worries. The surgery was successful and the lump was thankfully, not cancerous. Because, Dr. Logan explained the approximate cost months in advance I was able to save enough money to pay for the surgery. The actual cost was a little more than she estimated but by the time of the surgery, Sadie had reached "senior" status which required extra blood tests. It seemed a bit expensive, but it was worth every dime to have Dr. Logan perform the surgery. I wouldn't trust anyone else to take care of my "fur kids". Dr. Logan not only treats the pets with professionalism and genuine compassion, she treats the owner in the same respect as well. Dr. Logan personally called the next day to see how Sadie was doing.

Best vets in Columbus area for Rabbits. They have seen both my rabbits and I feel that they are extremely knowlegeable in rabbit care. The local House Rabbit Society uses them as well. Great hours and easy to work with. You can drop off your pet in the AM and pick them up after work. For the tooth operation, it was expensive but at least they itemized various costs and gave me a choice in regard to the optional costs.

I LOVE our vet. Norton Road's vets are generally attentive, professional, and helpful. They obviously try to keep their clients happy. I especially love our regular vet, Beth Logan. She is amazing and has done so much to help us with our cats- with both their physical and emotional health. I trust her with any concerns that she will do her best. This includes issues from a cat who peed everywhere, to regular check-ups, to our poor old cat that had to be euthanized. I would recommend Dr. Logan and Norton Rd Animal Hospital to EVERYONE. I wish I could bring them with us when we move.

I HAVE 7 CATS and 3 DOGS. I HAVE GREAT CONFIDENCE IN THEIR ABILITY and PROFESSIONALISM. ONE OF MY PETS HAD TO BE EUTHANIZED, AND THEY WERE KIND ENOUGH TO PERFORM THIS SERVICE AT OUR HOME. THEY CAN ARRANGE CREMATION SERVICES FOR YOUR PET.
