John is a very conscientious painter and has an excellent work ethic. He will provide an estimate using a computer program he has based on the square footage of each room, the type of paint he is covering and/or paint he is using with as well as the coats required to paint that room. In the end, if his estimate ends up being more than he originally calculated he will take that off the price of his job. If the painting ends up being more than his original estimate he will also give you an immediate update on that and ask if you do or do not want the additional time put into the job. He really keeps you informed and is very thorough with the types of questions he asks to make sure both of you are on the same page. Over the last seven years we have had John paint our current house and our previous one. Also, he will do his best to fit you into his schedule, but make sure to book him early enough for a job you need done, as he is a very good painter and reasonably priced for his work so his schedule can fill up fast!

John did an excellent job with our rooms. We were nothing, but impressed with his work. He is thorough, clean, and very good. He cleaned up the rooms very nicely, after he was finished, and was very flexible to work with. I changed my plans for him multiple times, and he had no problem. There were a few spots in the walls that needed repair, he fixed them, so that you can't even tell there was a flaw, just wonderful work. His quotes are very detailed, and his final bill is the same way, you know what you pay for. Highly recommended!!

When you call him for an estimate you give him your room dimensions over the phone. He has a program he puts the information into and it tells him how much time and material the job will take. He doesn't just get him numbers out of thin air. He calls back usually the next day with a price and to let you know his current schedule. He is very flexible. He came out two days after I called, because he had some time in between jobs and could fit us in. He's always on time. Does an excellent job of cutting in, and always cleans up his things and puts them out of the way. We have no problem giving him a key to our home. You don't have to put any money down. You pay at the end of the job. Would recommend him to anyone.

WE CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT JOHN. HE IS THE MOST CONSCIENTIOUS PAINTER WE'VE EVER MET. THE WORK HE DID WAS PERFECT - AND HE IS PUNCTUAL, RELIABLE AND WORKS LIKE A DOG! HE ALMOST NEVER TOOK A BREAK AND WE FELT SO COMFORTABLE WITH HIM IT WAS NOT AN ISSUE TO GO OUT AND DO ERRANDS WHILE LEAVING HIM IN OUR HOME. WE PARTICULARLY APPRECIATED THE FACT THAT HE TOOK THE TIME TO RESEARCH THE APPROPRIATE WAY TO REFINISH OUR FRONT DOOR AND ADD THAT TO HIS JOB. TO TOP IT ALL OFF, HIS PRICING SEEMS BEYOND FAIR. WE WERE SO PLEASED AND WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE.
