Mike March owner and working boss of Memco Blders. has succefully worked for Hechinger's installed sales program 1985 till they closed there [Member Information Removed] , Home Depot [Member Information Removed] ,.,.,Manards [Member Information Removed] ,.,.,, and Lowes [Member Information Removed] ,.,., I never had to pay for Angies list,.,since its creation ,.,. satisfied customers over 30 years in business [Member Information Removed] Memco Blders ,,,on angies list... ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,[Member Name Removed] I met for 15 min. while she was cleaning a condo at [Member Information Removed] heights condos off Norton [Member Information Removed] , which memco blders has serviced for 30 years .After showing her electrical wires under gates , [Member Information Removed] zoning violations,,, to address to the owner. Someone called in the [Member Information Removed] of Columbus building and zoning department , on mistakenly,., failure to pull a permit on a carport I was contracted to do ,After securing the proper building permits and sent to [Member Information Removed] of Columbus Building and Zoning court and was found only guilty of failure to pull a permit. AND was also immediately denied off jobsite by contracted owner. To finish and address Existing issues found by [Member Information Removed] of Columbus building inspector . Which they still are responsible for ,Furthermore Memco Blders has been released from any responsibility for this property by the [Member Information Removed] of Columbus Building Deptment .,.,.,., Not being allowed to finish and correct exiting zoning violations I asked many times to customer ,, to let me finish and address existing violations and finish job. And close out permits .,however that would mean payment of remaining moneys would be due .,Which can only be why all these problems occurred, ,.,.. It was my honest intention to do good work for this customer ,as any customers .However , the client customer relationship has deteriorated so much by parties on file that Mike March of Memco Blders regrets that Memco Blders was denied to finish and correct existing issues .CALLMEMBEFORETHEM ..."
