AFTER I QUESTIONED ANOTHER COMPANY'S DIAGNOSIS, I CALLED MADDEN. THEY CONFIRMED MY HUNCH THAT THE REPAIR WAS MUCH LESS INVOLVED THAN WHAT THE OTHER COMPANY SAID. MADDEN REPLACED ONE PART AND THE AIR CONDITIONER HAS BEEN WORKING FINE EVER SINCE.
