Hook It Up Electrical Service

I called Zeke for an estimate for some work on my house [some new outlets in various rooms].  Zeke stated over the phone that he was quite busy and didnt know when he could get back to me.  IN the end, it appears that Zeke lost my phone number but still had my address.  Zeke stopped by my house and left a nice note apologizing for the mix up.  He wanted to ensure that my needs were met.  In the end, I had already went with another company.  However, I do certainly appreciate that Zeke took the time to drive to my house and try to touch base. 

I will call Zeke again next time.

They are really good at their work. They are also very flexible to come out whenever I call. They sent someone out today. By now I know all the guys, we are on friendly terms and they are just very easy to have around. Even when I have a complaint, like today when one of the new outlets got hit by lightning and wasn't working, and they came immediately and fixed it at no charge. They were great.

We were referred to Zeke by our HVAC guys. The HVAC couldn't be installed until all the electrical in our old house had been replaced. Zeke came out with his guys the next day and started working, finishing two days later. They were prompt, pleasant, professional - just what we were hoping for. The price was less than expected for the amount of work done and the quality shows. Zeke made sure permits were in place and inspections were scheduled. We couldn't have been more pleased.

Zeke's guys were great. They came off as very professional, very willing to get it done correctly, and were friendly. The work looks great and works great. The amount of time it took to complete each phase of the project were well within my expectations. Zeke was very responsive to phone calls and requests. I did ask Zeke to come back for a new task as well as a fix and he was very responsive to those requests. My complaint was that Zeke seemed put off when I told him I wouldnt make my final payment 2 days prior to the city inspection. It seemed only fair to me that a contractor doesnt get paid until final inspection. Lastly, communication only went from me to him which seems somewhat standard with contractors but thats kinda what makes a contractor a "B" and not an "A"

They did an excellent job.

ZEKE WAS PROMPT, WE WERE COMFORTABLE TO HAVE HIM IN OUR HOME. HE WAS REFERRED TO US BY REX CONSTRUCTION CO., AND IS REGULARLY EMPLOYED AS A SUB THERE.
