One star is too generous for this company. Terrible work, terrible quality and worse people. Save yourself the hassle and hire someone accredited on the bbb.

"Your liner came out which happens sometimes. We literally came the next morning and fixed it which took 2 minutes. Why don’t you post a picture of that? Oh wait cause you assaulted my employee that I have on video because you were drunk. You are ridiculous and are acting like a child. I’m sorry but the customer is not right in this case"

We have had 3 other pool liners installed since we opened this pool in 1983 and we have never had such a good installation. They are very professional and courteous. Everything was done very well. We are so pleased with the job they did. We couldn't recommend them more highly.

It takes 2 days for this size pool to be taken care of which we were informed of. Fox Pool Service has a good team of people to do this work. I would definitely hire them again.

I recently purchased a home with an inground pool, but had no clue how to take care of it. A representative from Fox Pool Service came out to clean the pool and check the chemicals. It was a very hot day, but she took her time answering my questions and explaining the basics of pool maintenance to me. When she was finished, the pool looked amazing and I had a much better understanding of the basics of pool care.

Charged $65 just to look at the job and then never provided a quote. Will not return calls for 3 weeks now.
