FLOORING INSTALLATIONS

Mike installed flooring in our kitchen, dining room, and 2 bathrooms. He came up with good suggestions on how to do the installations. He did a good job on the overall installation and was very flexible with coming to do the work since we had delays on receiving the materials. However, he broke the toilet paper dispenser in our bathroom. He said he would replace it, which he did. However, he did not ask if it was acceptable before he installed it. We gave him one to re-install. He did install the one we gave him, and gave us the receipt to deal with taking back the one he purchased. In the process he scratched the side of our vanity. Overall, Mike did a good job, but his professionalism seemed to fizzle in the end.

Was supposed to match the floor to current hardwood floor in the living room. When Mike was finished, I looked at the flooring and it didn't match the flooring I currently had. Mike told me that if I wanted the job redone, he would have to charge me again. He charged me the deposit of $2000.00 to even start the job. The existing living room floor was white oak and he used red oak. Mike told me he could match it when he was doing the estimate. Also the wood was a sub grade that he used and it wasn't cut correctly.

Very pleased with outcome and will use this service and recommend to my friends. This company does very high quality work and provides exemplary service. Very responsive. Excellent service. Great communication. Mike & his workers were very pleasant, meticulous, not messy, did high quality work at very reasonable prices. Willing to work around my schedule. The tile supplier ordered the wrong supplies which disrupted Mike's schedule. Also, needed to order more tile so I could have extras. Mike is willing to work evening hours to accommodate work schedules. Very good at returning calls and keeping you updated on work progress.
