WE NEGOTIATED TO DO THE WORK IN AUGUST. HE DID SOME, AND THEN WE NEGOTIATED FOR SOME MORE WORK TO BE DONE. HE SAID THAT HE DEVELOPED HEART PROBLEMS AND COULDN'T DO THE WORK. I HAD ALREADY PAID HIM $2000, AND HE PROBABLY DID ABOUT $500 OF ACTUAL WORK. NOW HE SAYS THAT HE DOESN'T HAVE THE MONEY, BUT I THINK HE STILL OWES ABOUT $1500 BACK. HE'S A VERY NICE GUY, REALLY DOES HAVE HEALTH PROBLEMS, BUT HE JUST DIDN'T FINISH JOB.

I HAVE ACTUALLY ENDED UP USING THIS COMPANY SEVERAL TIMES. THEY ARE ALWAYS GREAT ABOUT RETURNING PHONE CALLS PROMPTLY AND PERFORM A WIDE VARIETY OF SERVICES. THEY SHOW UP AND FINISH THEIR WORK ON TIME AND THE QUALITY OF THE WORK IS EXCELLENT AND SO ARE THEIR PRICES!
