We were in ASAP position. Eric was very willing to assist. He answered immediately, after discussing the situation, agreed to meet. Eric indicated that he was just finishing up another job and would be here in about an hour. Showed up very promptly. Told my husband that if he could remove toliet it would save us money. We did. He had to bring in the big auger and worked at it for quite awhile. At least an hour before fixing problem. Offered to mop up bathroom floor when finishing! Gave me information on someone who empties septics that possibly could save me money. All around good worker and nice guy.
