I get tired of going in there and things being rearranged the whole time, with their product, one week it will be one area, another week another area. The other thing that's also hard for me there is I had a wheelchair and it's really hard to see things on the top shelf and it just seems like that's where everything I wanted is on it's very top shelf and there's no any way to get it down. They're very scarce on help. You can't even find somebody to help you. It's close and with me being in a wheelchair, it's hard to get to a lot of different places. So, I just go there, because again it's they have the domestic side and the grocery side. I can usually pretty well find what I want.

it went very well,,only had to wait about 5 min.staff was very nice..it was my first visit there and everything went very fast and smooth,they anserd all my questions and explained thing to me very well.i will defintly be returning there for my next yearly exam.i would reccommend.

They look at wipers and I told them the wiper on the back needed to be replaced. After I paid I checked the wiper and the old one was still there. I was to upset to go back and plus they didn't use the type oil my car uses. I'll never go back there for car service.

I was very happy with my experience until I actually met the optometrist. She had a very abrupt manner though it fell short of being actually rude. OK, I could handle that. Then she asked me, "Are you a Christian?" I believe this question falls well outside the lines of small talk to make a patient feel comfortable. She mad a couple of other religious comments including, when I asked a question about something she'd found during the exam, answering "How would I know, I'm not omniscient only God is omniscient" and looking up at the ceiling and thanking God that she didn't have the responsibility that would come with being omniscient. I am not anti-religious, but I think this behaviour was very unprofessional and it made me uncomfortable. The exam seemed thorough and was reasonably priced, but I will never use her again.
