 + -1 moreAc fan quit working, we called several companies in our area, and most of the companies in our area had a high fee just to come and look at it to see what the problem was. I came across houck's and there fee was way below others. They told us it would be around 1ish or 2ish before they would come. The gentleman showed up between then was very nice and respectful. Knew what he was talking about, went and took the unit apart and found the problem quick. Took about an hour to fix. We also told him there was water leaking in the basement, and he went down there and checked it out and the drain was clogged to the ac/heating unit and he unclogged that and didn't even charge us for that. I would recommend this company to anyone around this area.
Description of Work: Replaced the condenser motor in our outside ac unit. Cleaned out the ac/heating drain in basement.
