I am under warranty with them so I would have only had to pay for the labor. Well they charged me a 100 show up fee a 250 travel fee(only to mason, wv) and then he said i needed a new coil and he let all of my free on out before he left(which most people can transfer the free on to save the customer money). He came put the part in a month later and charged me almost 1100 dollars and then it broke down a week later. So it took him 4 four days to come to my house and guess what it broke down again after a week and a half and the second time he came he tracked mud all over my brand new carpet. So I called another company and guess what guys he did not even fix the right thing and when i called to talk to him about it he would not even order the part for me and was a a**. I feel like he could have cared less about anything but him getting money and getting the h*** out of there. I would not recommend them for anything unless you just want to waste your money.
