Awful customer service. They take your money but you have to wait to be fitted into schedule. Anger management issues from owner.

It took about 3 1/2 weeks overall to tear down the present sun room and rebuild our beautiful new 4 season sun room. The crew and Brad was very nice. When they were finished, all of their construction and loose materials were cleaned up and taken away and all that remained was our backyard as it was in its original condition and our beautiful new room. There were a few leakage problems with the gutters when it rained. I called Brad and he immediately came over and fixed the problem! My friends are all very impressed with our new room! I would highly recommend Brad Ross and his company!
