Apparently they have relocated to a location in Galena. I didn't know this when I made the call but they explained that over the phone. I had to wait about 50 minutes for them to show up even though they quoted a 30 minute wait. The driver was friendly and was able to tow my car to the shop with no issues.

We have used Worthington Towing two times to tow our car to the shop when it has needed repairs.  Both experiences were very positive.  The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We also found their prices and their response time to be quite reasonable.  We will use Worthington Towing in the future if need be.

I scheduled the night before for the next morning.  They were supposed to call 30 min prior to picking up my car - so I could drive to meet them a couple miles down the roard in the parking where I left my car.  They didn't call ahead - but kindly waited for me to drive over and meet them.  It was nice that I could tell them the night before where I needed my car towed - and they gave me an accurate quote over the phone.

My mother's car is old. At 20+ years, her Camry has been around a while. While out shopping, her car wouldn't start. I did a quick search and sent her contact information for Worthington Towing. When the tow truck driver arrived, he assessed the situation and advised her to 'haul it to the dump' - wasn't worth the cost to repair. While this may be true - my mother was already stressed. This gentleman's harsh comments made her cry! That car is all she has. To be told it is garbage was out of line and unprofessional.

Wow!  I am so impressed with his honesty and willingness to help me with my 1993 Honda Accord.  He offered advice that saved me a lot of money.  He had his driver there on time and took care of everything I needed.  I will definitely call Worthington Towing first when the need arises in the future.

I didn't wait too long but a little longer than they said. Price as expected. Got work done quickly.

very quick and professional service when I was in a bind (car died). My insurance paid for the tow. Guy picked me up and took me and my suv to dealer. I had to pay for the tow from the dealer to my house a few days though and it was cheaper than most places I called. I think they charged me a few more dollars than quoted on the phone, but it was still reasonable, but you might want to get a name and "total" on any phone quotes.

Overall, felt the service and the price were great.

The gentleman was very polite and tried to get the car started.  He checked under the hood to make sure there were no loose connections.  It needed a new starter.

They are a good company that is very responsive and their rates are good. It was a busy day for them; they were delayed so they let me know upfront then told me when they were going to come up. They gave me a discount because I had to wait and I am real happy with them. I will use them again in the future.

Arrived on time, Tried to get the car started rather than just towing, which was appreciated

They were very professional, but most importantly helpful.  The car died in our neighborhood a block or 2 from our house.  They arrived at the home and my husband brought him to the car.  The driver loaded the car and drove it up to the dealership.  The best part was that we have 2 children and it was close to bedtime and I didn't really want to pack up a crabby 1 year old and a 5 year old to drive my husband back home from the dealership.  The driver even put our keys in the drop box and filled out the drop slip for us.  Talk about service!  A little pricey but well worth the service.

Car wouldnt start in the driveway.  Worthington Towing came to our house and managed to get the car started (after several attempts!) so they didnt even have to tow it.  I was so glad they took the time to try to start it - turns out the gas tank had been flooded.  It seemed like they had good basically knowledge of car problems and wanted to help us without actually having to tow the car.  Saved us a bunch of $$!

It was a very good experience.

Despite being called late on a Sunday evening (9 pm) they said they would be at our house in 20 minutes, and they were. They used long battery cables to jump our van's battery, which was so low the van wouldn't start. They said to let the van run for 30 minutes after the jump, and when I needed it for work at 7 am the next morning, it started right up and has worked well ever since.

The call was professionally answered, asking all of the important questions on one call such as: license plate number, location of the car, where will the keys be, etc. The driver arrived within less than an hour, even though time was not of the essence. He also there was not a simple that would have helped avoid the more costly tow charge. Once the car was towed, it was dropped of the car exactly as I had asked during my first phone call to the tow company. Since we live on a cul-de-sac this was very important so as not to upset any of our neighbors.

They were dispatched out to me after an accident by the at-fault's insurance company. I was 7 months pregnant and the driver was more than accommodating in helping me get into and out of the tow truck.

Everything about the experience was pleasant except having to need the service. Worthington Towing was prompt, cordial, kind and considerate. They weren't as expensive as I thought they would be.

They were fine. Not overly professional, but not unpleasant either. It was a simple job, done well.
