We had a interior door that had something in the doorknob break.  The doorknob would turn, but the catch wouldn't retract so the door was stuck closed.  The way the trim is, we couldn't slide anything in between the door and the jamb to release it.  The Lock Master came out and had the door opened within five minutes with no damage.  It is a solid door and I was worried about damaging the door or the trim, because I didn't want to repaint!  He did a great job.  No damage and popped the door right open.  He had the necessary parts with him and was able to fix the issue on the spot.  We also had another door that wasn't catching right so it keep swinging open.  He fixed that as well.  He came within an hour of my calling him.  He was professional and reasonably priced.  I would use him again. 

Here within 30 minutes. Replaced with the new lock and was gone. Very efficient!

I actually reached out to this company after another company wasn't able to handle my request when needed and told me it would be 2-3 days.  After briefly explaining my problem to The Lock Masters they gave me a quote that was well below the previous company (by ~$70) and also $10 less than a dealership would have charged me for just a new part (keyed to my existing key) without removal or installation.  I was very appreciative that they could meet me same day, one of the coldest this winter I might add.  They showed up at the stated time (gave me a heads up about 20min before so that I could meet them) and were able to complete the needed work in 15-20min.  They were polite and courteous through the whole process and the estimate they gave me was accurate to final cost.
I will definitely reach out to this company again if I need services in the future and would gladly recommend them others as well.

The tech was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable.  We lost the only ignition key we had for our only car - a 16-year-old Ford Taurus.  Although it was difficult getting the necessary computer info from the Ford Motor Co., he managed to get connected to our car's specs and made the key.  He also showed my husband where the ignition was failing and installed a new one.  Other locksmiths we had contacted said they were having trouble with getting the specs from Ford and that they couldn't do the job, so we were very grateful to finally find someone who knew his way around the system !

I locked myself out my house on a Sunday morning. I called and they said they would dispatch someone immediately. They arrived within 20 minutes. I was so grateful. They had no problem assisting me. Very Professional and prompt, especially for a Sunday Morning.

I locked my keys, along with my purse and phone, in my vehicle when I got out to scrape frost off the windshield. Using a stashed key, I went back into my house and used my computer to search for a local locksmith. I then emailed a friend at work to tell her what was going on and asked her to call Lock Master. It wasn't long at all until a very nice young man showed up and quickly unlocked my vehicle.

They were out within a half an hour of calling them. They were reasonably priced and professional.
