Seamless Metal Gutters Repair
The employee assigned to our job was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. The only problem we had was that quite a few nails were left on the ground and they were supposed to use a magnet to pick them up at the end of the job. Honestly, Iâ m not sure if it was the roofers or the crew replacing the gutters who left them. Other than that we are very pleased.

Wood or Fiber Cement Siding Repair or Partial Replacement
I called Redtail up to get an evaluation of a property I had in contract in Marysville. There seemed to be some issues with the fiber cement siding. He did a thorough analysis and provided a very detailed report describing the issues with marked-up photos. I would recommend Redtail for evaluating and providing siding related services.

Redtail Roofing LLC removed and replaced an existing roof, removed 4 inch gutters, and installed 6 inch gutters with toppers. The company embraced my mantra of treating others as I would want to be treated. They answered any and all questions that I had, and there were many. Recently (June 2020) Redtail Roofing replaced our storm-damaged roof, gutters, and downspouts. Their crew was prompt, courteous, through, and very professional from arrival thru cleam up (even swept the yard for errant nails with a magnetic sweeper... very cool!). They did a great job in every way. Redtail's office and site manager were also super. Site manager was always present, the office always answered promptly, and managment answered all my question, plus the price was very fair. Redtail roofing was efficient and professional, two of the most important qualities in a roofing company. There was no attempts to increase expenses but when something had to be addressed, they brought it to my attention and did was was necessary to preserve the structural integrity of my home. They also worked remarkably quickly! I love coming home now and seeing my new roof and gutters. I would hire them again for any other needed roof related repair though I trust I won t need one for some time.

Poor communications with project manager. What should have been a one-day project drug out over 2 months. The admin assistant was very helpful and without her the project might still be pending completion.

Brian was FANTASTIC! There was a risk of bad weather later in the week, so he shifted around his schedule and did all the work in one day! He even came back at dark with flashlights to finish the job! I would highly recommend Redtail Roofing. Their pricing was better than any other company we spoke with and they were willing to repair our roof (whereas every other company just wanted to replace the whole thing!). We are planning to replace our siding in the spring, and there s no doubt who we ll be calling!

"David we are sorry that you thought the repairs that we completed were a bit pricey. A lot of factors go into pricing when our Project Managers provide an estimate for our services. With your particular project there was work that was being performed on sections of roof that were very steep. It does cost more to do repairs when our crew members have to get on steep sections of roof to perform the work. Our crews always put safety first and have to work slower and more deliberately when working on steep pitched areas. This was definitely a factor in the pricing on your project."
