We have used them for over 10 years. Recently Clint and his wife have stopped returning phone calls. Often it takes weeks of calling to reach them. Once we had a water break and needed our lawn plan, but were unable to reach them.

Jim serviced (winterized) the irrigation system this year. He was late arriving because he forgot where we lived. He blew the air out of the lines in prep for winter so that the lines do not freeze. We have a lot of zones in our irrigation system and Quality does a good job.
