It was a young gentlemen who came to do the work and did a good job. He did however leave a chemical burn in my yard around where he was working.

The company sent Alex to power wash the house. He was late by about 45 minutes, but he also got lost. He worked for about 3-31/2 hours, but it took him a while to get started because he was trouble shooting his equipment. He did a great job cleaning the sidings of the house.

It took some time to get my home scheduled and completed. When work began, there were issues with the quality of work. The painter got paint on my gutters, roof and siding. The product that was used to get off the paint on my siding has left a light visible residue. Which I was told would fade over time. A call to the owner did get the painter back on track, but there was definitely an issue with attention to details. The owner had to come back out and spend a day working to go back over areas that were missed and not painted well. When I was presented with a bill, the bill did not match the estimate. (You would think given some of my troubles that the bill would be right!!) The owner did hang my new shutters and did not charge for the trim work I needed have done. Given everything that would have happened, I thought there should have been a larger reduction of my bill. That and the work is still not right, areas not painted and paint on the underside of the roof!!

"THERE WERE ISSUES WITH A NEW EMPLOYEE THAT I HIRED. THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS NOT UP TO PRESSURE POINTE STANDARDS. I TOOK OVER THE JOB WHEN I KNEW IT WAS NOT GOING TO BE DONE CORRECTLY UNLESS I DID IT. I RE-PAINTED A MAJORITY OF THE TRIM, FIXED AND REPLACED TRIM AT MY COST, REPLACED SHUTTERS, AND PAINTED THE FRONT DOOR AND SKY LITES ALL FOR FREE IN AN EFFORT TO MAKE UP FOR THE HASSLE. I DID NOT REDUCE THE BILL BECAUSE I HAD DONE ALL OF THE OTHER WORK FOR FREE. OBVIOUSLY THE PRICE WAS RIGHT WHEN WE STARTED SO I'M NOT SURE WHY THE PRICE IS A "D" OR WHY THE PUNCTUALITY IS AN "F" WHEN THE MEMBER STATED THAT SHE DIDN'T CARE HOW LONG IT TOOK. I PERSONALLY WORKED AN ENTIRE WEEKEND TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS DONE RIGHT. I ALSO WALKED THE ENTIRE JOB WITH THE MEMBER TO ENSURE THAT SHE WAS HAPPY PRIOR TO PRESENTING THE BILL. THE BILL WAS INCORRECT BECAUSE SHE WAS QUOTED 15% FOR ANGIE'S LIST MEMBERS BY MY OFFICE STAFF AND IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN 10%. I ADJUSTED HER BILL AND THOUGHT THAT I WAS LEAVING A CUSTOMER THAT WAS HAPPY EVEN WITH THE PROBLEMS THAT CAME UP."

Pressure Pointe USA just did our deck and they did a great job. As our home is located in woods, it is quite a challenge to keep a deck looking good. The Pressure Pointe folks did a fabulous job of power washing and painting the deck. It looks like new again and we are thoroughly pleased with the work done. I would recommend them to anyone!

Owner, Darrel Kem, was very responsive to my initial call and called me back with a fair quote and explanation of their services. They should up when they promised and did a fantastic job power washing our house, detached garage and brick walkways/patio. I would highly recommend Pressure Pointe USA to anyone. Columbus is fortunate to have them in town.

There was some difficulty at first with call back to discuss the planned work. Once this was done the work was done properly. Personnel called up during the work to ensure the work would be done properly. The company called after the work to ensure the work was done properly.

DARRELL KEM CAME TO GIVE AN ESTIMATE WHICH I THOUGHT WAS VERY REASONABLE, AND HAD A PERSON OUT TO DO THE WORK AS SOON AS WEATHER PERMITTED. WORK WAS DONE ON TIME AND COMPLETED AS PROMISED. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.
