The delivery was on time and the work done quickly in a very professional manner. I highly recommend them.

Never returned my call. How rude. It was a Saturday and we needed an emergency repair. Advised we had no heat due to electric malfunction.

Powers Electric was able to come out the next day at a time that fit in perfectly with my schedule. The electrician called beforehand to let me know he was on his way. He was professional and explained what the steps he was taking to find the cause of the outage. It was tricky to figure out but the electrician was able to fix the problem.

Powers Electric was the best price for our needs They took care of getting the right fixture in place when it was discovered the placement was right smack on the ceiling floor joist. We originally had planned for deeper cans, and once that was discovered they made a trip to Home Depot to swap out the supply with slimmer, low-profile leds. Planning was a snap. We exchanged a few emails with Mike on price and the project, in general. Deeply appreciate their efforts, and our kitchen is looking awesome!

Dustin and Mitchell did a great job. Showed up right on time and started to work. Mike came by later with the necessary cable. They did have to leave briefly to pick up plates, but came back quickly and finished the job. Mike, Dustin and Mitchell are all very friendly and professional. I asked whether I needed an extra electrical outlet for the office and was told it probably wasn't necessary. We also discussed need for an additional phone outlet. Of course they were willing to put them in had I wanted but they were not hard sell and agreed the additions were not really necessary. I would definitely use them again.

Started blinking next day. I contacted him and he emailed me stating light must be defective didn't even attempt to make things right. He said his work was guaranteed for 1 yr. He just assumed it was defective chandelier. Next electrician said when installed he should use the gloves provided which he didn't do so the oils or whatever in fingers made the lights blink. The new electrician changed bulbs light is beautiful now.

Called Mike and he set up an appointment. Was there ahead of schedule and went right to work. He made sure lights were level. Very pArticular they were right. Did an excellent. Mike is professional, courteous, cleans everything up. Would definitely recommend powers electric.

Mike Powers answered our call at 7:30 this morning and arranged to come to our house by 10:00 A.M. He did a thorough inspection then made a call to our power company. Our power company came out and hooked up a temporary line for now.

After my first attempt to schedule an appointment with Powers Electric; it was several weeks before Mr. Powers called me. During the phone conversation; Mr. Powers was very professional, confident, and was a good listener who seemed to know how to fix my electrical problem. The day before Mr. Powers was scheduled to come over; I had an emergency that required me to reschedule my appointment. It was approximately another week before I heard from Mr. Powers (via text messaging) in his attempt to reschedule my appointment. I asked Mr. Powers when could he come over to fix my electrical problem, and he said he’d get back to me. Unfortunately for me, it’s been 3 days ago and I still have NOT heard from Mr. Powers. After reading other reviews on Angie’s list; it is apparent now that I’m NOT the first customer who Mr. Powers has handled this way. Bottom line is Mr. Powers is not an electrician that you can depend on, and his follow up skills is clearly not one of his strengths. He lost sight of the power of “word of mouth” referrals, which is FREE advertising. I can only assume his business is booming and doing well, which enables him to treat new customers this way. I personally do not enjoy writing these type of reviews, but if I can save one new customer from the trouble I’ve experienced then it’s worth it.

On two separate occasions They were prompt, professional and cleaned up well after installation.

They fit me in the next day for a quote and had it finished within the week! I appreciate it.

Once I was able to actually schedule with Mike, things went splendidly. I had written a prior review in which I had expressed my frustration with being able to get in touch with Powers. My frustration has subsided a bit since talking to Mike and learning about the volume of calls that he receives daily. I still think potential customers deserve a response, even if it is an "I'm too busy" response, but I certainly understand the company's perspective better. As far as the work, they were quick, efficient, and fit in my budget. Mike arrived on time (early, in fact), and explained everything that was going to be done. The crew cleaned up after itself, the work was done neatly, and he answered all of my questions. I am particularly impressed with how neatly the can lights on my porch were installed. They look as if they have always been there. I would definitely recommend Powers Electric, and would hire them again.

Powers Electric is great. Whatever you need done do not hesitate to call them. They were on time, polite, clean and most of all do a great job. We have had them do a few jobs for us and always so professional and on time. The work was done quickly and safely. I would highly recommend Powers Electric.

I attempted to schedule an estimate through Angie's List, and was offered an appointment date. I confirmed that the appointment date would work for me, and on the day of the appointment, I waited half an hour after the appointment time, and no one came. I got in touch again through Angie's List, and was told that I didn't confirm the appointment. We rescheduled for the following day. Dustin came out and looked at the work that I wanted to get done. He was on-time, polite, professional, and efficient. He suggested I should get an estimate in 1-2 days. A couple days after the visit, I reached out again via Angie's List to ask when I could expect the estimate. I never received a response.

I have used Power's Electric before. They do a good job. This was an Angie's Deal. Mike and Tim arrived during the agreed upon window. They removed the old fan and installed a new fan with wireless wall operation. Mike also switched the electrical box in a four box wall switch to accommodate the new wall plate. Everything went fine except the wireless remote could not be made to operate the fan. I called Casablanca Fan Co. and they are sending a new handheld remote. I don't believe this was the installer's issue but a faulty remote.

We had Powers Electric come out twice to install ceiling fans in upstairs bedrooms. Both times they were prompt, very professional, and cleaned up after they were done installing the fans.

Mike was prompt and they did an amazing job. I will definitely call them again for all of our electrical needs.

Amazing service! After taking down the original light, the new light Mike noticed the new light was cracked and the cord was cut. They left and did not charge a service fee or anything. When the new light was delivered they came back the next day and installed it. We had them previously install pendadent lights in our kitchen. They told us the install was much easier than expected and charged us less than the estimate. Great honest and responsive service! We will only use Powers for our electrical work!

Mike Powers does not respect your time or your business. I took time off of work to meet him for our appointment and he did not show up. After being 30 minutes late I called him to verify the appointment was still set, left a voicemail and he did not return my call. Do not waste your time.
