They were late, but they called to keep us posted on when they would arrive. They were friendly, professional, and worked quickly. They hooked up the washer/dryer, and had blankets which they used to create pathways through the house so they didn't track in dirt or scratch the floor. We appreciated their attentiveness to these and other details.

ALL 3 OF THE GUYS WHO WORKED ON OUR MOVE WERE PROFESSIONAL, POLITE, AND CAREFUL WITH OUR ITEMS. NOTHING WAS DAMAGED. THEY WORKED IN THE RAIN, TOOK NO BREAKS AND ASKED WHEN THEY WEREN'T SURE WHERE AN ITEM SHOULD BE PLACED. GREAT EXPERIENCE. WOULD CERTAINLY USE THEM AGAIN FOR MY NEXT MOVE.

THE OWNER AND HIS TEAM ARRIVED ABOUT 40 MINUTES LATE, BUT THEY DID CALL TO TELL ME THEY WERE RUNNING BEHIND. THE TEAM WAS VERY CAREFUL IN CARRYING AND PACKING FURNITURE, NOTHING WAS DAMAGED. MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS THAT THE ESTIMATE WAS $490 AND THE FINAL BILL WAS $990. THE TEAM EARNED THE $990, BUT THE ESTIMATE I WAS GIVEN OVER THE PHONE WAS WAY OFF BASE.
