Ineptitude by this contractor caused a newly instlled hot tub to freeze up. After several hundred dollars spent trying to repair this, I had to buy a new one. A couple hundred dollar, routine contract with Jewett cost me $10,000 for two hot tubs. The outlets in the screened in porch have never worked correctly. One wall of the screened in porch would need to be ripped out to correct this problem. I joined Angies List just to warn people about this firm.

Overall, the job went well. The work took longer than originally planned, but it was due to working around existing structures. They were professional, on-time and cleaned up after the job.

I have used this company for all my electrician needs for several years and will use him again. The process went smoothly from start to finish. Since I had a few days off work, I scheduled him during that time, and since he was already busy, he squeezed my job in between others, which I truly appreciated. Jeff is terrific!

Work was performed in three stages over a period of about 3 months. The work was all top quality and the company kept the consumer involved in all of the decision making. The price was very reasonable and the work was done well. The company will offer a reasonable price and is fairly flexible in their schedule. Smaller jobs need to be scheduled in well in advance. If you are not in a hurry and will allow them to squeeze smaller jobs into their schedule between their larger ones you will get the best price. They are very busy and you will need a little patience in waiting for return (non-emergency) phone calls but it is worth it in the end. Would do business again.

JEFF WAS TERRIFIC! HE QUOTED ME CHARGES ON THE PHONE BEFORE COMING OUT AND DID THE WORK VERY EFFICIENTLY. HE CALLED ME BACK PROMPTLY, CAME TO MY HOME WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD, AND DID A WONDERFUL JOB. I WILL HIRE HIM AGAIN AND I AM ALSO GIVING HIS CONTACT INFO TO MY NEIGHBORS.
